Want additional ways to make connections this summer? Check out these optional activities.
Please note that these programs do not replace Camp War Eagle participation.

These unforgettable weekend adventures through War Eagle Wilderness are designed to connect you with fellow Auburn students and the great outdoors! You’ll step outside your comfort zone, learn what it means to be a part of the Auburn Family, and find community. There are four trips available: May 30-June 1 (Canoe Cahaba), June 6-8 (Raft Ocoee), June 6-8 (Backpack Pine Mountain Trail), and July 13 (Zipline Banning Mills). For more information, please visit Auburn Outdoor Trips.

Interested in learning more about fraternity life? Students interested in learning more about membership in one of Auburn’s fraternities can participate in one of three recruitment weekends as well as many other recruitment events. Recruitment weekends are June 13-15, June 27-29, and July 11-13. For more information, visit the Interfraternity Council website.

Since 1998, Dr. Doug Hankes, Executive Director of Student Counseling & Psychological Services, along with other campus colleagues has led a 3-mile running tour of campus during each Camp War Eagle session. The route shows parents parts of campus they may not have seen before. A 2-mile walk is also offered! Please note, CWE students are not able to participate during the run/walk. For more information, please visit the Campus and Recreation website.
